Keith Sutomo is the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for strategic, business development, system design and operational management with more than thirty years in the energy sector. He has enormous experience encompassing working with governmental agencies and foreign consultants with multi-national companies in the development of electric power generation, transmission and distribution, and oil and gas projects in Indonesia.

H.S Sarna
COO

H.S. Sarna is the Chief Operating Officer and has broad experience ranging from electric power and oil and gas sector with more than twenty-five year experience. He has been with CONNUSA for nearly twenty years, recently in positions of increasing responsibilities managing multiple contracts for the operation of a number of large electric power plant projects along with foreign consulting firms from conceptual design through testing and commissioning. He has significant experience in dealing with all levels of governmental agencies to get project milestones formalized and implemented in a timely manner. In his earlier career, he was with Union Oil.

Uut Soekiran
CMO

Uut Soekiran is the Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for the marketing and development of strategies for business growth within the organization with more than thirty year experience in the energy and public work sectors. He has significant experience in dealing with compliance regulatory issues, engineering certifications, Health Safety and Environmental certifications and is responsible for Client servicing role across the full spectrum of CONNUSA’s clients. He had held many senior marketing positions for large government-owned consulting engineering firms before joining CONNUSA.

Jonathan Sutomo
CIO

Jonathan Sutomo is the Chief Information Officer and leads CONNUSA’s information technology initiatives, ensuring the company’s digital infrastructure is robust and aligned with industry standards. He has a decade of engineering merged with digital experience in multiple industries and other businesses. His role focuses on driving technological innovation, optimizing IT systems, and supporting digital transformation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and data management across all departments.

Fransiska Lindawaty
CFO

Fransiska Lindawaty is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for maintaining financial management system and process with more than thirty year experience. She has been with CONNUSA for more than twenty-five years and plays a major role in assisting COO, CTO and CMO on all aspect of operation matters as they relate to budget management and forecasting needs. She has significant experience in dealing with bankers for securing new funding for the on-gong projects.

Staff

Over the past 20 years CONNUSA has steadily grown in size to its present 250 member staff organization with key staff having up to 25 years relevant experience with the Company.

CONNUSA has experienced professional engineers in all the major engineering disciplines. In addition the Company employs other professional staff such as Architects, Geologists, Hydrologists, Soil Analysts, Procurement and Specification specialists, and Construction Managers. The professional staff is assisted by supporting technical and administrative personnel including Designers, Draftsmen, Estimators, Programmers and Cost Control specialists.
